Terms of Service

GEVVORG provides access to AI image and video generation tools. Availability, model capabilities, processing time and outputs can vary. Third-party AI providers may be used to perform generation requests.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your account. You may not use another person's account without permission or attempt to bypass credit, security or usage controls. The service is intended for adults aged at least 18 and, where higher, the age of majority in their jurisdiction. Do not share account access or allow minors to use your account.

Generation requests consume the number of credits shown before submission. Credits are a service usage unit, are not money, and are not transferable unless GEVVORG expressly permits it. Subscription inclusions, renewal periods and prices are shown at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from Account & Billing; Stripe shows when cancellation takes effect before confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid billing period; it does not replace statutory withdrawal or remedies for defective services. No new renewal charge is due for a period after an effective cancellation. One-time credit purchases do not create a recurring subscription. Annual subscriptions are paid for a full year; the stated credit allocation is issued monthly during that year, not all at once. The full annual amount and billing frequency are shown before the paid order. Model-specific credit requirements can differ by duration, resolution, references and other settings; review the displayed requirement before each request. No unlimited generation or guaranteed simultaneous capacity is included unless expressly agreed.

You retain the rights you hold in prompts and uploaded content. You grant GEVVORG the permissions necessary to transmit and process that content solely to operate, secure and support the requested service. You must have all rights and permissions required for content you submit. Uploading a reference does not give GEVVORG permission to publish it in Explore, advertise with it or make it available to other customers. A separate documented permission covering those uses is required. Being available on TikTok or another public website is not itself proof of those rights.

You may not use GEVVORG unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, impersonate others deceptively, upload malicious material, circumvent safeguards, abuse infrastructure, or generate/distribute content prohibited by applicable law or the applicable model provider's rules. You must not resell access to the service or its underlying APIs, extract model weights, develop competing models using outputs in breach of applicable provider restrictions, or remove or bypass technical protection measures.

AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to material generated for others. GEVVORG does not guarantee uniqueness, suitability for a particular purpose or that a specific prompt will produce a particular result. You are responsible for reviewing output before use. We do not promise that an output is protected by copyright or free of third-party rights. Commercial use requires the rights and permissions applicable to the input, output and intended use; access to a model is not a licence to another person’s likeness, brand or copyrighted work. These statements do not remove our agreed service obligations or mandatory consumer remedies.

Where the platform can reliably determine that a paid generation failed before a usable result was delivered, GEVVORG may automatically restore reserved credits. This does not limit statutory remedies.

Consumers normally have 14 days from contract conclusion to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. Use the withdrawal information and online form or send an unambiguous declaration to support. We ask separately for an express request to begin providing the service during that period. For services, beginning performance alone does not end the withdrawal right; loss of that right requires full performance and the legally required prior declarations. Where the legal conditions are satisfied, a proportionate amount for services already supplied at your express request may be due. We do not apply a blanket no-refunds rule or treat the first generation as a waiver of all consumer rights.

You need an internet connection and a supported modern browser. Generation capabilities, accepted reference formats and settings depend on the selected model. Projects and parts of history are stored locally in your browser and are not guaranteed to synchronize between devices. Download media you wish to retain; provider-hosted files may expire. Changing browser, clearing storage or deleting a local project can remove local organization without cancelling a subscription or erasing server-side accounting records.

Mandatory rights concerning conformity, correction, price reduction, contract termination and damages remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by applicable law or deprives consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence.

Do not upload a real person’s face or voice without the rights and legally required consent for the intended processing and use. Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, harassment and fraud are prohibited. You must respect applicable provider restrictions, disclose AI-generated or manipulated content where required, and preserve provider provenance and content credentials.

Maintenance, provider outages, safety systems and events outside reasonable control can interrupt individual models or the service. GEVVORG may replace, add or remove models while respecting applicable contractual and consumer-law obligations.

GEVVORG may restrict a request or suspend the affected access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful content, fraud, compromised accounts, serious breaches of these terms or a justified provider restriction. Measures must be proportionate to the risk. Where legally permissible and compatible with security, we explain the reason and allow you to contact support to contest a mistake or remedy a remediable breach. Urgent protective measures may be taken immediately. Suspension does not automatically forfeit purchased credits or remove statutory refund or compensation rights.

You are responsible under applicable law for content you submit and how you use outputs, including obtaining required permissions. This does not transfer GEVVORG’s own legal obligations to you. Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for personal injury, intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any other non-excludable liability. They do not require consumers to indemnify GEVVORG irrespective of fault, waive legitimate payment disputes or give up mandatory rights.

The version accepted for a purchase is recorded with that purchase. Publishing new wording does not by itself change an existing contract or authorize a new charge. Material changes to an existing contract require an applicable legal basis and any legally required notice and consent. Report service defects, mistaken charges or suspected account misuse to support@gevvorg.ai with the account email, purchase reference and a description; never send passwords, full card numbers or API keys. Contacting support is not a prerequisite for exercising statutory remedies or contacting a competent court or authority.

The selected offer states the price, credits and billing period. Any net amount is identified as such; consumer total prices must include applicable taxes. An expressly labelled tax illustration is not confirmation of a tax registration or the final tax treatment for every country. The actual total must be shown before a binding paid order. Proceeding from the purchase review to Stripe does not itself place a paid order or charge a payment method. Your order is placed through the final payment confirmation at Stripe; the purchase and subscription status are confirmed afterwards. Purchased credits are credited after successful payment verification. Payment-card, tax and invoice processing is performed through Stripe. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
